Officials in Albany, New York have decided to not publish suspect James Lownes's mugshot following the February 22, 2016 run-in with local authorities, according to recently released information.
Details of the the encounter were first obtained by New York Busted on February 23, 2016 after having been published by the Oneida County Sheriff's Office. Lownes was detained and later charged for DUI, according to New York Busted's analysis of the official report.
At the time of the arrest, Mr. Lownes was described as a black man and 46 years old. Few additional details were recorded in the report.
